What is SkySlope?

SkySlope is a real estate technology company that offers various products such as a real estate forms, an e-signature solution, client relationship management (CRM) software, etc.

What SkySlope products are offered through UtahRealEstate.com?

Unlimited use of the following SkySlope products are included with your MLS membership at no additional cost:

Forms: SkySlope's Forms product includes the following features:

All forms from the Utah Association of REALTORS® (UAR), Utah Division of Real Estate, CCIM (Commercial), and UtahRealEstate.com administrative forms.
All forms are digitally fillable, or can be downloaded in PDF format.
Forms are pre-formatted with checkboxes, date fields, text fields, etc.
Custom forms preparation is also available as you can prepare your own forms by adding additional, custom checkboxes, locations for signatures, strikethroughs, etc.
Forms can be populated with listing information and agent information from UtahRealEstate.com.
Create custom forms packets and templates for future use.

DigiSign: This is SkySlope's e-signature product, which will be integrated with Forms to allow you and your clients to quickly electronically sign any Forms or other documents you upload to SkySlope.

When did the SkySlope get released into production by UtahRealEstate.com?

SkySlope became available on March 8, 2022.

What is E-signature?

Electronic signature or e-signature is a digital way to securely sign documents. Documents electronically signed using SkySlope are automatically routed, in the order you determine, to those who need to sign the document[s].

What if I already use another forms product like DocuSign, Dotloop, etc.?

If you already use another forms product and are not interested in using SkySlope, you can still use SkySlope to prepare forms for signature (i.e. you can fill forms with MLS data, add checkboxes, fill text fields, etc.), download the forms that you create from SkySlope, and then upload to your preferred forms, e-signature, or CRM platform. Alternatively, UtahRealEstate.com’s fillable forms will still be available for a period of time within the Forms Library in the MLS.

Will Forms be Fillable with MLS Data?

Yes, SkySlope has a very easy to use tool that allows you to quickly import data from the MLS, such as listing information and agent/office information, from within the forms creation workflow in SkySlope.

Can you create templates of different forms that can be saved and used again in the future (i.e. similar to the UtahRealEstate.com “My Saved Forms” feature)?

Yes, SkySlope has a forms template feature which allows users to create custom packets of forms that can be saved and used as templates in the future. This feature works like UtahRealEstate.com’s “My Saved Forms” tool.

What will happen to the UtahRealEstate.com Forms Library?

The Forms Library in the MLS will remain “as is” for now and you will continue to be able to use the Forms Library to create Forms Packets, create fillable forms, etc. We will provide members with plenty of advanced notice if the existing Forms Library will be changed or removed.

Will Forms from the Utah Association of REALTORS® (UAR) be available in SkySlope?

Yes, all forms from UAR will be available from within the SkySlope platform. These forms will be fillable, meaning they will be pre-formatted with text fields, date fields, etc., they can be auto-populated with data from the MLS, and you can conduct custom forms preparation by adding additional items to forms, such as text boxes, additional signature lines, strikethrough text on the forms, etc.

Can my brokerage upload their own forms to SkySlope?

Yes, if your brokerage requires you to use certain forms, you can save those forms to your desktop and manually upload those forms to SkySlope. In fact, you can manually upload any document to SkySlope and use SkySlope’s forms preparation and e-signature tools to prepare and sign the document. Additionally, your brokerage can also contact SkySlope directly and inquire about one of SkySlope’s paid products that allows brokers to actually host their own forms in SkySlope and make those forms available to their agents.

Will UtahRealEstate.com or SkySlope store digital versions of my fully executed/completed forms?

Digital versions of all fully executed forms that are signed using SkySlope’s e-signature platform (called DigiSign) will be stored and available to you within SkySlope.
